Signal optimisation is essential in traffic engineering. The light control timings should be set as optimum. However, it challenging because the network a non-polynomial problem. In this study, problem evaluated from unique perspective. primary idea to remove crossings of intersections. A Hamiltonian cycle algorithm has been used design network. So, vehicles are only able join or split. Thus, no mechanism needed that delays interrupts flow. suggested and intersection were tested on Allsop Charlesworth’s widely sample Findings compared with literature form delay calculated using Highway Capacity Manual 2010 formula. network’s 98.17% 95.45% less than original recently published study-based delay, respectively. As result, roads seem sustainable time fuel consumption could for future designs.
